50,000 Words in 30 Days

I've gone and done something wacky and signed up to participate in NaNoWriMo 2006. Coz I'm nutty that way. I don't know how much writing I'll get to do between November 19 - 24, so it's really 50,000 words in 26 days...23, actually, since the 19th is a travel day, I have to get Dragonfly ready for the holidays, and I'm busy the last two Sundays in November, but I work better under pressure anyway, so what the heck. :)

NaNoWriMo. Condensed insanity and a license to freak out. What's not to like?

Hello, all -

I hope everyone is having beautiful fall weather and gearing up for a Happy Halloween. :)

I'm still working on the book in Paris and looking forward to getting back home and instituting all the changes I've had time to contemplate. I've decide to have a big sale as soon as I get back, so check in the day after Thanksgiving to save 20-25% or more on almost everything on the site, as well as the unveiling of new facial products and possibly some body stuff, but that depends on whether or not I can get packaging delivered in time...

I will also be starting a new site soon, called Waterlily Studios, from which you can purchase high-quality digital photographic prints and notecards and download wallpaper and send e-cards, and possibly paintings based on my photographs...I have to negotiate that with the artist I know, if she's interested. :) And following that, a kids' site featuring reading lists, kid-friendly links, and games for young kids, as well as wallpapers for the little ones.

So a lot of changes are afoot, and I hope you'll be here for them. Life is more fun when you get to share. :)
